The ordering process is easy and intuitive.In the HOME tab, click on the ORDER button located below the text and log in using the login details we sent you by email. You will then be presented with a selection of school uniforms for your child. If more than one of your children attend the Royal School, simply select the one for which you want to place an order.​In addition to formal uniforms, you can also choose from other items intended for everyday wear. An overview of mandatory and recommended parts of the school uniform can be found in the GUIDELINES tab in the top menu.​For each product, simply select the desired size and number of pieces.​After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.​If you need any advice, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you.

This ordering system is managed by Královská základní škola Petrovice s.r.o. for all Royal Schools. The email address uniformy@kralovskaskola.cz is handled by school staff member Karolína Jílečková.

Login details have been sent to the email addresses of legal representatives.If you can't find them, we recommend:check your Spam or Other Mail folders,search for an email by the subject of the message "Školní uniforma - přístupové údaje / School Uniform - login details",Verify that you are searching in the same email address that you provided to the school as a contact email address. If you still cannot find your login details, please contact us at uniformy@kralovskaskola.cz . Please include your name and surname, your child's name and surname, class and school (Primary School Petrovice, Lower Primary School Troja...) in the message. We will be happy to send you the login details again.

If you are unsure about the correct size, we offer several options to help you choose the most suitable one: We recommend visiting our stores with your child, where you can try on individual sizes in person. If a visit is not possible, you can bring clothing that fits your child well and compare it with the displayed uniforms. Another option is to order the item in the most likely size. If the size does not fit, it can be exchanged within one week of handover for a more suitable size, provided the required item is in stock. Unsuitable items can be returned within one week of handover. Returns are only possible if the goods are unworn, undamaged, and with the original tag attached.

Yes, it is possible to try on the uniform in our stores.

After selecting the relevant school level, you will see an overview of all school uniform rules.The guidelines include a list of mandatory parts of both formal and regular uniforms, additional rules for wearing individual clothing items, and other important information that will help you choose the correct items.
